Here are three job opportunities for young people. The first two are working for the Methodist Church. The second is a volunteering opportunity with our neighbouring Methodist Circuit, Cleveland and Danby.

  • ONE Intern
    2 Placements left for 21-26yr olds
    Deadline: 31 August
    ONE Intern is a creative, hands on and innovative opportunity for 21-26 year olds to experience a year of exploring their faith alongside a paid placement in a highly professional organisation across a variety of sectors. It is a paid internship — this is not just a placement or a year out — it's a job. We pay living wage and other travel expenses associated with the placement.

  • Youth President
    Deadline: 24 August
    We are looking for our next Youth President to work with the Connexional Team to:

Enable, encourage and enthuse young people both inside and outside the Church.
Represent the Children's and Youth Assembly
Be spokesperson and a primary link between youth voices and lead staff decision-making.

This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity to travel and work around the Connexion and overseas, supporting young people and leading worship. You will gain experience of operating in a complex organisation and influencing the decision making processes within the governance structures of the Church.

    Volunteer with our Summer Bible Holiday Clubs! Opportunities for 14 years + to get experience of working with young people, learn more about yourself, develop skills.
